The estimate starts with your practice's own rates, based on the type of service the patient has received.

How will the patient be assured that they are only charged the amount they owe?
The practice will only charge the patient's credit or debit card after it has received the provider remittance advice from the patient's insurance company.

How can I assure patients that their insurance will be correctly applied?
The patient will receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from the insurance company that explains what the patient owes for the services at the physician office.

How is paperwork reduced by mPay Gateway for my practice?
There is no need to send out a bill to the patient.
